Dr. Rajni Duggal is a Family Physician –Aurum Family. With 20 years of experience, she is all set to transform healthcare practices. She administers clinical treatments intending to ensure that patients achieve optimal health conditions. She was part of government-owned institutes - Wellington hospital and Maulana Azad Medical College, also corporate hospitals- Max Balaji and Wockhardt Hospitals. Dr. Rajni Duggal believes in the power of communication for healing patients emotionally and physically.

Sarita Sharma is our highly trained facility manager with over 24 years of experience in this dynamic field.
Formerly a seasoned warden, she has honed skills in managing and optimizing spaces to perfection. The expertise gained over two decades has equipped her with the knowledge to turn spaces into thriving, functional, and safe environments. As a facility manager her mission is to ensure that every aspect of our facility operates seamlessly. From maintenance and safety to resource allocation and sustainable practices, she is dedicated to providing comprehensive solutions that meet your unique needs.

Ananya Anil, Happiness Manager and Psychologist, blends academic expertise with practical experience to bring a compassionate and impactful approach to mental health. With a Master’s degree in Psychology and certification in Rational Emotive Behavioural Therapy (REBT), Ananya has worked in teaching, rehabilitation centres, and hospitals, where she has developed a deep understanding of emotional and psychological well-being. Her caring, open-minded approach, combined with her energetic and communicative nature, helps her create positive, supportive environments that inspire growth and resilience in those around her.

Madhuri’s approach to resident welfare is not just structured and efficient but also deeply compassionate.

Prem Shankar, Deputy Operations Manager, brings a strong blend of experience, expertise, and dedication to his role. With a background in business operations across roles at Maruti, RBL, and the Max Group, Prem has honed his organisational and management skills, excelling in areas like process optimization, resource allocation, and strategic planning. His specialised training in geriatric care and dementia further equips him to provide compassionate and effective support to residents. This unique combination of operational acumen and empathy allows Prem to create a structured, efficient, and caring environment. His attentive approach, coupled with strong problem-solving skills, helps him address residents’ needs thoughtfully.
