Dr. Rajni Duggal is a Family Physician –Aurum Family. With 20 years of experience, she is all set to transform healthcare practices. She administers clinical treatments intending to ensure that patients achieve optimal health conditions. She was part of government-owned institutes - Wellington hospital and Maulana Azad Medical College, also corporate hospitals- Max Balaji and Wockhardt Hospitals. Dr. Rajni Duggal believes in the power of communication for healing patients emotionally and physically.

Accomplished Chef with 13 years of experience working in food service industry. Adept at strictly monitoring kitchen activities and meeting health code standards. Specializes in Indian cooking, continental and fusion cuisines. Well-versed in overseeing preparation, quality and deliverance of each plate. Strong organizational and management skills. Ready for challenge creating tasty meals for senior citizens at Aurum.

Sarita Sharma is our highly trained facility manager with over 24 years of experience in this dynamic field.
Formerly a seasoned warden, she has honed skills in managing and optimizing spaces to perfection. The expertise gained over two decades has equipped her with the knowledge to turn spaces into thriving, functional, and safe environments. As a facility manager her mission is to ensure that every aspect of our facility operates seamlessly. From maintenance and safety to resource allocation and sustainable practices, she is dedicated to providing comprehensive solutions that meet your unique needs.

She is a counselling psychologist, and happiness manager. She has experience working with young adults and geriatrics. She has witnessed the unique struggles and triumphs that come with this stage of life. As a passionate researcher, she is dedicated to understanding the intricate nuances of the human mind and behavior. She blends the wisdom of Eclectic Therapy, allowing her to tailor methods to your specific needs, with the proven techniques of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, a powerful tool for promoting positive change.

Bringing forth the ability to thoroughly and accurately assess the health of the patients and prescribe the proper treatment programs for optimal health moving forward .
